Navigating through the tourist hordes to reach the entrance was an absolute nightmare. I practically needed to elbow my way through crowds all day. The room itself had some maintenance issues. The toilet.

The room was everything was super clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed access to the courtyard with the balcony in the evening, along with complimentary Prosecco. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

The check-in process required navigating crowds to reach the hotel's entrance.

the location was special, being right in the courtyard. i had access to the courtyard after hours, a definite plus. the room was super clean and included nice extras, like a radio and a complimentary minibar.

the check-in process was not easy. i had to navigate through a large crowd to reach the hotel. also, i wish i received clear instructions beforehand, as a first-time visitor, this was confusing.

The hotel has a central location. The shared courtyard includes the historical location. It features Juliette's balcony and felt very special. After the gates closed to the public, we had total exclusivity. Our two-level suite included a hot tub. It was perfect. I also liked the lounger on the upper floor near the hot tub (it was a nice touch!).

Check-in was not easy. To reach the hotel, I needed to pass through a big crowd. They were queuing to see Juliet's house. As a first-time visitor, this was confusing. I asked the hotel to help me book a taxi the evening before an early morning flight. Reception was closed until 8 AM. They told me taxis could not be booked in advance.

The staff helped with our car since we were on a driving holiday. The hotel entry is within the Juliet courtyard. We got our own special key to the courtyard. The key allowed me to bypass daytime queues and have private entry at night.

Check-in was difficult. I had to pass through a large crowd queuing to see Juliet's house. The hotel could provide clear instructions in advance.

the location was central , providing easy access to attractions.

the room proved excessively noisy , disrupting sleep until the early hours of the morning , due to street activity. furthermore , multiple fixtures were defective , including a slow-draining bath , a faulty toilet flush , and a door lacking a secure lock. these issues detracted significantly from the stay , particularly considering the nightly rate.
